250 members of the Atlas family celebrated another fantastic year during a teambuilding weekend in Melia Ho Tram beach resort in Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Province, Vietnam.

CEO Sam Houston chose the theme ‘Don’t wait – let’s run’ to encourage Atlas’ people to take pride in their achievements – to share them – and to discover their hidden abilities. Atlas has a strong focus on training its people. Sam wants Atlas’ people to fulfil their ambitions at Atlas.

It’s people that make the difference to Atlas’ clients and the stronger the Atlas team is, the better we work as part of our clients’ teams. All Atlas’ team members wore a specially-designed ‘Building Connections’ T-shirt designed by architect Nguyễn Thị Tường Vân to celebrate the closeness of Atlas’ team.

Sam encouraged the Atlas team to learn (even) more about their team-mates and formally recognised those who made a significant impact in Atlas’ success over the last year.

Atlas’ people also recognise the importance of having fun. The team-building weekend was a celebration in bright sunshine outside the bustle of the city where Atlas people enjoyed fabulously-creative music and dance performances.

It was very different from a day in the office!
